Hartsolme Park Update
Dear all,
Due to planned works the main car park at Hartsholme Country Park will be closed to visitors from the 6th October for a period of three weeks, re-opening in time for half term.
Works will include surfacing and drainage improvements to the main body of the car park with some tarmac repairs to the main entrance/driveway on completion.
There will be unrestricted access for staff, businesses and residents, and the camp site remains operational.

We are mindful that these repairs come at a time when we have other major repair works required in the park, however the car park renovations have been costed and programmed prior to other issues arising and we are ready to proceed on that basis. The scope of works should reduce the amount of running repairs in the future, particularly in the winter months.
The car park across the road remains operational and visitors will be directed there.
